One of free providers to build a blog is Blogger. The eb sites that have been taken over by Google can be accessed at the address www.blogger.com. In it, you can register immediately. If you already registered, you can instantly create a blog, write, and “publish”.

To register, you do have online. However, to write you do not need to be online in order to save costs to the Internet. The simplest way is to write a blog once in a text editor such as Notepad or Microsoft Word, it offline. When it is finished, you then can go online, and then opens the Web site blog service, login, and then copy-paste the text in a text editor.

We call it the manual way. Ways that will be described next we call automatic way. This automatic mode uses Microsoft Word. But, not any Microsoft Word, but Microsoft Word is already equipped with an add-on called Blogger For Word. Additional applications can be obtained free of http://buzz.blogger.com/bloggerforword.html. The small installation package size is only 2MB.
Once Blogger For Word installed, the Blogger toolbar will appear on Microsot Word. Then, write down the contents of the blog as usual, but do not always online, offline only. If the story is complete, turn on the Intenet connection, and then publish.

Well, the details are:
1. Click [Add-Ins] on the menu at the top. Option [Add-Ins] line with [Home], [Insert], [Page Layout] and others.

2. Click [Blogger Settings], then the box that appears, enter your username and password to log into Blogger. Click [OK].

3. Type the content of the blog in Word. If you are finished, you can go online. Then, click [Publish].

4. Enter your blog title and select the blog that will contain the text. Click [Send].
