Here are the things that need to be considered in the realm of off-page optimization or optimization outside of the blog page is:
1. Number of backlinks
Simply put, backlinks are links from other blogs to your blog. The more backlinks and the more quality backlinks which provides a link to your blog, the greater the effect on search engines SERP rankings in your blog. You can get backlinks by:
- Request a backlink to another blogger
- Make link exchange with other bloggers
- Create their own backlinks from blogs dummy
- Do linkbait
- Writing quality content that makes other bloggers willing to voluntarily provide your backlink
2. Quality backlink
Backlink quality can be characterized as follows:
- From blogs with related topic
- Derived from authority blogs (at least PR 7)
- A one-way backlink
- Not from link-farm
3. Natural backlinks
Natural backlinks is given to a blog with the following characteristics:
- The link is placed in the sentence (not inside blogroll)
- In the form of keyword variations
- A combination of inbound and outbound links
- The link did not come from the same IP
- Link in the form of deep linking (links to pages to page article and not the homepage)
